The Yanchep/Two Rocks District Structure Plan

structureplan_thumbThis is the map of the recently approved “St Andrews Structure Plan” for the Two Rocks/Yanchep area which establishes clear long term objectives to guide the urbanization of the Two Rocks area. Breakwater Estate is included within the study area of the Structure Plan.

Breakwater Estate is physically separated from the future urbanization of Two Rocks by a 1 kilometre wide barrier of Regional Open Space. The future extension of the Mitchell Freeway defines the Estates eastern boundary. The boundaries create a clearly defined enclave of special rural lots unaffected by the future urban development of Two Rocks. The Estate will be a secluded Special Rural Haven with all the amenities and services that a sophisticated urban area can provide on its door step. The Two Rocks Structure Plan covers the period of 2010 to 2060 and current indications are the construction of the Mitchell Freeway extension will not commence until 2035.
